Last week, the Project Technical Advisory Committee (PTAC) for MEDA's Greater Rural Opportunities for Women 2 (#GROW2) project convened to address project challenges stemming from the in-grower project model and find ways to help guide the project toward achieving its goal of empowering women #smallholderfarmers, #entrepreneurs, and #agribusinesses in Northern #Ghana. Comprised of key #stakeholders including Key Facilitating Partners (KFPs), Regional Departments of Agriculture, the Department of Gender, Women Smallholder #Farmers (WSHFs), Entrepreneurs, #Agribusinesses, Technology Service Providers, and Financial Institutions, the PTAC meets biannually to assess project activities and offer recommendations to drive project success. The recent meeting marked another milestone in the project team's commitment to steering strategic inputs and technical recommendations into #GROW2 project implementations.
