The Archdiocese of Detroit requires all volunteers and staff members at Catholic schools and parishes to take the Protecting God’s Children workshop.
This is to help ensure the safety of the children and vulnerable adults and to train our volunteers and staff members to recognize the signs of abuse.
Most Holy Trinity takes the safety of its students, clients and parishioners very seriously and complies the with AOD requirements.
Protecting God’s Children workshops are offered at many times and locations throughout the year. Please click here for the AOD webpage where you can learn more about the program and register for a workshop.
The AOD also required volunteers who work with minors to submit a background check form. The form can be downloaded here.
- School volunteers can submit the form to the main office at Most Holy Trinity Catholic Academy, 1229 Labrosse, Detroit MI 48226.
- Parish volunteers can submit the form to Eleticia Feliciano via email at eleticia.feliciano@mhtdetroit.org.
