Meet Evolving Community Needs

BCNC aims to raise $1.8 million for this section of the campaign, allowing us to:
1. Create the Pao Arts Centeran arts and cultural center that promotes the cultural identity and history of Chinatown by supporting community-based artists, enriching Boston’s arts sector, providing low-income families with access to cultural resources, and deepening BCNC’s role as a community anchor institution for a changing Chinatown. 

2. Expand services where the need is greatest and growing the fastest by deepening existing programming in
Quincy, and designing a pilot program in Malden

BCNC plans to raise $1 million for this section of the campaign, allowing us to:
1. Strengthen and deepen our Family-Centered approach by increasing our case management capacity to ensure stable and functional families.

2. Invest in continuous learning and program quality by improving evaluation systems, growing staff training and volunteer programs, as well as supporting evolving operations policies to ensure optimal environment for families.

 

Build Sustainability

BCNC aims to raise $700,000 for this section of the campaign, allowing us to ensure continual, high-quality programs and services by strengthening BCNC’s financial health through building a reserve fund and endowment.
