I have a S22 Ultra and Samsung Watch and it doesn't sync with Samsung Health. All apps are updated. I installed Google Fit, but Movespring isn't synchronizing any data between my last login into it months ago and yesterday. It has directions to troubleshoot the connection between it, Google Fit & Samsung Health, but they're outdated and no longer apply. If you use a Samsung Watch, your only option is Google Fit, but it doesn't work and these issues have been around since April.

Hi Isha. We suggest syncing to MoveSpring from Google Fit by opening the app every 1-3 days during a challenge. Are your steps showing correctly in Google Fit for the days you're trying to sync? Steps need to be correct in Google Fit before they can sync to MoveSpring. For more help, please contact our support team at help@movespring.com. Thanks.

So buggy. Issues with syncing never stop. Works great for a while... Then abruptly stops. Able to re sync after disassociating and then reassociate with app. Also the constant stream of updates don't seem to be fixing this major problem. Also when app updates you have force close the app... Even though the app says "stand by by while we update.".

Horrible integration with Samsung. Worked for a week without issue and then stops syncing correctly. Way to ruin the excitement for a company challenge. The app has one purpose, company challenges and it can't do it with one of the top manufacturers of smart devices and phones. Customer service recommends you download a whole new app to make it work or manually enter your info.... if your company is hosting health challenges have them use a better established and integrated app.

Hi Chad. Samsung's Health Platform technology is still in alpha testing. We wanted to get the connection out as soon as possible for our Samsung users, but if you're seeing discrepancies, there may be bumps in the road that Samsung is working out. Please continue to update your devices, and you may need to use an alternative sync option for now.
